Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how APORT Solutions Ltd ("APORT Solutions", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Scioperi mobile app ("the App").

Information We Collect

The App is designed to collect as little personal information as possible:

• Anonymous device identifier. On first launch, the App generates a random identifier stored locally on your device. It is not linked to your name, email address, or Apple ID, and is used only to associate the alerts you create with your device.
• Push notification token. If you grant permission, Apple assigns your device a push notification token, which we store so we can deliver strike alerts you have requested. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.
• Alert preferences. Date ranges, transport sectors, and Italian regions/provinces you choose when creating an alert are stored on our servers, associated only with the anonymous identifier above.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to use its core features.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation, login, name, or email address.
• We do not collect precise device location (region/province is selected manually by you, not detected automatically).
• We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics SDKs, or advertising trackers.

How We Use Information

• To deliver strike and service disruption notifications for the alerts you have created
• To operate the App's core functionality: showing you strike and service disruption information
• To maintain and improve the App's reliability and performance

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The App displays publicly available strike data sourced from the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT). Push notifications are delivered via Apple's Push Notification service (APNs), subject to Apple's own privacy practices.

Data Retention

Alert data and device tokens are retained until you delete the alert within the App, or until the App is uninstalled and the associated data is manually removed upon request.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details below, providing the anonymous identifier if known, or simply by deleting your alerts within the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
